Waterproof labels for indoor and outdoor use

Matt white vinyl is waterproof, weather-resistant and suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. It is a practical option for products that may encounter moisture, regular handling or changing conditions.

For the strongest adhesion, apply each label to a clean, dry and smooth surface at room temperature. Glass, plastic and metal should be free from dust, oil, condensation and cleaning residue before application.

The labels will follow gentle curves, but heavily textured surfaces and containers with compound curves may require testing before a full order is placed. Material samples or a printed proof can be arranged if you need to check suitability.

Preparing your artwork

Upload your completed artwork or create a label using our online design tool. For the clearest printed result, supply editable vector artwork or a high-resolution bitmap image of at least 300dpi.

If your background colour or image extends to the edge of the label, include 2–3mm bleed around the design. Keep important wording, logos and other essential elements at least 1–2mm inside the cutting line.

A PDF proof can be provided before printing if requested. When a proof is requested, we will wait for your approval before producing the order so you can check the size, shape, layout and wording.
