Paper labels on rolls

Paper roll labels are a practical and cost-effective option for chocolate boxes, card sleeves, paper bags and other dry outer packaging. Rolls keep labels organised and make them quick to peel and apply while preparing customer orders.

Choose from standard white paper, biodegradable matt white paper or white paper with a gloss or matt laminate. Lamination provides additional protection against handling, light moisture and scuffing while also changing the appearance of the label.

Vinyl labels on sheets

Vinyl labels are useful when confectionery packaging may encounter refrigeration, condensation or regular handling. They are supplied on sheets and available in gloss white, matt white, gloss clear and extra-thick, extra-sticky gloss white vinyl.

Gloss white produces a bright finish, matt white creates a softer low-shine appearance, and clear vinyl allows the packaging underneath to remain visible. Test your chosen material if it will be applied to chilled, curved or unusual packaging.

Shapes and sizes for chocolate packaging

Choose rectangular, circular, square or oval labels in a range of useful preset sizes. Different shapes can be used for different parts of your packaging:

Food information and allergen labelling

Prepacked chocolate and confectionery may need to display information such as the name of the food, ingredients, emphasised allergens, net quantity, date information, storage instructions and the responsible food business’s name and address. Additional rules apply to certain cocoa and chocolate products.

The information required depends on the product, how it is packaged and how it is sold. StickyLabels prints the artwork you supply but does not verify recipes, allergens or legal food-label content. It is your responsibility to check the latest rules and approve all information before printing.

Labels for outer packaging

Our self-adhesive labels are intended to be applied to suitable packaging rather than directly onto unwrapped chocolate or confectionery. Do not allow the label, adhesive or printed surface to come into direct contact with food unless you have independently confirmed that the complete application is suitable.

Apply labels to clean, dry and smooth packaging. Food residue, grease, condensation, cold surfaces and textured materials can affect adhesion, so request a sample if you are unsure.

Create your design online

Use our online designer to add wording and a logo, or upload complete artwork created in your own design software. Your design can include full-colour branding, photographs, illustrations, barcodes and product information.

For the best print quality, supply vector artwork or a high-resolution image at 300dpi. Add 2–3mm bleed when colours or images extend to the edge and keep important wording at least 1–2mm inside the cutting line.

We check your artwork and provide a PDF proof where required. Your labels are only printed after the design has been approved.
