About our florist labels

Personalised florist labels add a professional finishing touch to bouquets, plants, flower boxes and gift packaging. Whether you run an independent flower shop, work as a wedding florist or sell plants online, custom labels make it easy to display your branding and share useful information.

Use them to add your logo, provide flower care instructions or seal tissue paper and bouquet wraps. They can also be applied to suitable flower boxes, paper bags, plant pots, envelopes, gift cards and delivery packaging.

Florist labels for branding and packaging

When flowers leave your shop, the packaging continues to represent your business. A branded label helps customers remember where their arrangement came from and creates a consistent appearance across bouquets, plants and gifts.

Your design could include:

  • Your florist’s name and logo
  • Website, telephone number or social media details
  • Flower or plant care instructions
  • Plant names, varieties or prices
  • A thank-you or “hand-tied with care” message
  • Wedding, sympathy or seasonal wording
  • Delivery or recipient information

Four ways to order your florist labels

Choose the label type that best matches the design, material and quantity you need:

  • Discount Labels – an economical option for straightforward black text and simple designs, supplied on rolls.
  • Text & Logo Labels – add your wording and business logo to a white label, supplied on rolls.
  • Custom Labels – full-colour paper labels for branded packaging, supplied on rolls.
  • Custom Vinyl Labels – durable, waterproof labels supplied on sheets for packaging exposed to moisture.

Paper labels for everyday florist packaging

Paper labels are a versatile choice for bouquet wraps, presentation boxes, bags, cards and other dry packaging. Matt paper provides a softer, understated appearance, while gloss paper gives colours and photographs a brighter finish.

A biodegradable white paper option is also available for businesses looking for an alternative to conventional label materials. The available materials will depend on the label type selected.

Labels supplied on rolls are quick to peel and apply, making them particularly useful during busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and the wedding season.

Waterproof vinyl labels for damp environments

Florists regularly work around water, refrigeration and condensation. If the label may come into contact with moisture, a custom vinyl label will normally be more suitable than an unlaminated paper label.

Vinyl labels work well on smooth plant pots, containers and moisture-resistant packaging. For the best adhesion, apply the label to a clean, dry surface and allow it to bond before exposing it to water.

We recommend testing the label first when using textured pots, damp wrapping, tightly curved containers or unusual packaging materials.

Flower and plant care labels

A care label is a convenient way to give customers useful information without adding a separate leaflet. Include watering guidance, preferred light conditions, temperature advice or simple instructions for keeping cut flowers fresh.

You are responsible for checking that any care, product or regulatory information included in your design is accurate and suitable for the flowers or plants being supplied.

Shapes and sizes to suit your packaging

Choose from rectangular, circular, square and oval florist labels in a selection of practical sizes. Small labels are ideal for closing tissue paper or branding gift cards, while larger sizes provide more room for logos, care instructions and contact details.

Before ordering, measure the available space on your bouquet wrap, pot, box or bag. Curved and tapered containers may need a smaller label to prevent lifting at the edges.

Labels for wedding and event florists

Personalised labels can help coordinate bouquets, table flowers, favours and gift packaging for weddings and events. Add the couple’s names, event date, venue details or a short personalised message.

Separate designs can also be created for different arrangements, tables or occasions. Each design should normally be configured and ordered separately.

Thank-you labels for flower deliveries

A small thank-you sticker adds a thoughtful finishing touch to a bouquet or plant delivery. Include your florist’s name and contact details so customers know who prepared the arrangement and where they can order again.

These labels can be applied to suitable cards, envelopes, boxes and dry bouquet wrapping.

Create your florist label design

Build a simple design using our online label tools or upload your own finished artwork. For clear printed results, supply editable vector artwork or a high-resolution image at 300dpi.

If your design runs to the edge of the label, extend the background 2–3mm beyond the cutting line to provide bleed. Keep important text and logos at least 1–2mm inside the finished edge.

Make sure all wording remains legible at the selected label size, particularly when including detailed plant or flower care instructions.
