Create your own name-label design
Choose the traditional red-and-white appearance or supply a completely custom design featuring your organisation’s colours, logo or event wording. We can print a repeated design or discuss variable printed information when different names or details are required.
Choose a practical size
The 36 × 36 mm square is a compact option for short names, while larger square or rectangular labels provide more room for names, job titles, organisations or pronouns. Leave sufficient blank space when information will be added by hand.
Writing on your labels
Matt paper provides a practical surface for handwriting. Pen performance can vary, so we recommend testing the intended ballpoint pen or permanent marker on a material sample before use. Allow the ink to dry before handling the label.
Proofing and production
A PDF proof is available if requested, and we only print after you have approved it. Printed proofs and material samples can also be arranged if you need to check the size, writable area or finish before placing a larger order.
