About our die-cut vinyl labels & stickers

Our custom die-cut vinyl labels and stickers are individually cut to the shape of your design, giving them a clean, professional finish without a surrounding square or rectangular background. They are ideal for product branding, promotional giveaways, packaging, events, vehicles, equipment and general business use.

Printed in full colour on durable vinyl with permanent adhesive, each sticker can be produced in a standard shape or cut around your logo, illustration or artwork. Choose from gloss white, matt white or gloss clear vinyl to create the finish that best suits your design.

Vinyl materials and finishes

Our vinyl materials are waterproof, weather-resistant and UV-resistant, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. For the best adhesion, apply the stickers to a clean, dry and smooth surface.

Custom shapes and sizes

Choose a rectangle, circle, square or oval, or select a custom shape to have your stickers cut around the outline of your artwork. Custom sizes are available from 3mm up to 250mm wide and 190mm high, giving you plenty of flexibility for both small product labels and larger promotional stickers.

Each sticker is supplied individually rather than on a roll or sheet, making them easy to hand out, include with orders or apply when required.

Preparing your artwork

Upload your completed artwork or create your design using our online label builder. For the best result, supply vector artwork or a high-resolution image of at least 300dpi. Where colours or images run to the edge, include 2–3mm bleed and keep important text and logos within the safe area.

White ink can be used beneath selected areas of designs printed on clear vinyl. This helps colours remain visible and prevents important parts of the artwork from becoming transparent.

Proofing and printing

A PDF proof can be supplied before printing if requested. We will wait for your approval before producing the order, giving you the opportunity to check the size, shape, cut line and positioning of your artwork.

Our die-cut vinyl stickers are printed in the UK with fast turnaround and tracked delivery options available. Urgent production and next-day courier services can also be selected when available.

Choose the right vinyl

Gloss white vinyl gives colours a bright, vibrant finish and is a great all-round choice for logos and promotional stickers. Matt white vinyl has a smooth, low-shine appearance for more understated designs. Gloss clear vinyl allows the surface underneath to show through, making it ideal for windows, glass and products where you want a clean, no-background look.

Cut to your design

Choose a circle, square, rectangle or oval, or select a custom shape and have each sticker cut around the outline of your artwork. Every sticker is supplied individually rather than on a sheet or roll, making them easy to hand out, add to orders or use as promotional giveaways.

Artwork checked before printing

Upload your finished artwork or create your design using our online designer. We check your artwork and send a PDF proof where required, so you can approve the layout and cut shape before we print. For the sharpest result, supply vector artwork or a 300dpi image with 2–3mm bleed.

Die-Cut Vinyl Labels & Stickers

What is a die-cut vinyl sticker?

A die-cut sticker is cut through both the printed vinyl and its backing paper. This gives you an individual sticker in your chosen shape, ready to hand out, include with an order or apply to a suitable surface. Sometimes if the labels are too small to diecut or have a complex design we will contour cut the labels and supply on an individual backing sheet (these are still ideal for handing out and look really cool).

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?

Die-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl and backing paper, so every sticker is supplied as an individual piece. Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl layer only and remain on a larger backing sheet.

Can you cut the stickers around my logo or design?

Yes. Select the custom-shape option and we can follow the outer contour of your logo, illustration or artwork. Very fine or intricate details may need to be simplified slightly to give the sticker a clean, durable edge. Sometimes if the labels are too small to diecut or have a complex design we will contour cut the labels and supply on an individual backing sheet (these are still ideal for handing out and look really cool).

What sizes can I order?

Are die-cut vinyl stickers waterproof?

The vinyl materials are waterproof and suitable for many indoor and outdoor applications. For the best result, apply the stickers to a clean, dry and smooth surface. Please contact us before ordering if they will face particularly harsh chemicals, heavy abrasion or unusual conditions.

Can I use these stickers on cars and vans?

Yes, they can be applied to clean, smooth vehicle surfaces. Make sure the area is dry and free from wax, dirt and grease before application. Avoid placing stickers where they could obstruct the driver’s view or cover legally required information.

Are the stickers supplied individually?

Yes. Each sticker is cut through the vinyl and backing paper and supplied as an individual piece. This makes them ideal for giveaways, events, merchandise and adding to customer parcels.

What artwork files can I upload?

Vector PDF, AI or EPS artwork normally gives the sharpest result. We can also work with high-resolution bitmap files such as JPEG or PNG, ideally supplied at 300dpi at the finished print size.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes. We check the artwork and send a PDF proof where required. We only begin printing once the proof has been approved, giving you an opportunity to check the design, size and cutting shape.

How quickly will my stickers be produced?

Our normal production time is approximately 1–2 working days after artwork approval. Tracked and express UK delivery options are available at checkout if you need your order quickly. Please note that with Die cut labels we may need to add an extra day onto production for some jobs, the labels perform much better with a 24hr drying time before we cut them out. If urgency is priority please get in touch and we can take a look.

Can I order a small quantity?

Yes. Simply enter the quantity you need in the online calculator. Ordering a larger quantity usually reduces the cost per sticker, but you do not have to purchase thousands at a time.
