Paper labels on rolls

Paper roll labels are an excellent choice for boxes, paper bags, tissue paper, cards, envelopes, jars and other dry indoor packaging. The roll format keeps your labels together and makes them quick to peel and apply when preparing customer orders.

Our paper options include standard white paper, biodegradable matt white paper and white paper with a protective gloss or matt laminate. A laminated finish gives the printed surface additional protection against moisture, scuffing and regular handling.

Vinyl labels on sheets

Choose vinyl when your labels may encounter moisture or need to cope with more handling. Vinyl labels work well on smooth jars, bottles, containers, boxes and display surfaces.

Available options include gloss white, matt white, gloss clear and extra-thick, extra-sticky gloss white vinyl. Gloss gives colours a bright finish, matt creates a softer low-shine appearance, and clear vinyl allows the colour or texture of your packaging to show through.

Custom shapes and sizes

Before choosing a size, measure the available space on your product or packaging. It can help to cut a simple paper template and place it on the item to make sure the proportions look right.

Design online or upload your artwork

Create your label using our online designer or upload complete artwork prepared in your own design software. You can add your logo, product name, contact information, website address or a short thank-you message.

For the sharpest print result, supply vector artwork or a high-resolution image at 300dpi. If your background prints to the edge, include 2–3mm bleed and keep important wording at least 1–2mm inside the cutting line.

We check your artwork and provide a PDF proof where required. Your labels will only be printed after the design has been approved.
