At checkout, we offer the option to prioritise your label order – if you need your labels by a particular date, please contact us to discuss your requirements. If you need your labels quicker, we can often offer next day delivery, Saturday delivery or overseas delivery. To discuss any bespoke requirements, please phone us on 01205 808460 before placing your order, or email us out of office hours.
Note:
> Our working days are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.> Any order received after 12 noon will be counted as having been received the next working day.
> Our Christmas / New Year holiday dates are made clear on our website – orders received over the holiday period will be dealt with in date order on our return.
> All orders over £35.00 are delivered free of charge. Orders under £35.00 attract a £3.95 delivery charge towards the cost of delivery.
> All orders are currently dispatched by Fedex Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (for smaller orders or those in the highlands and islands)
> We shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond our reasonable control.
> In the unlikely event that we are not able to supply your entire order within the timescale above, we will alway endeavour to supply at least of the order with the remainder to follow
